TTC: Get off at Spadina Sta. (on the Bloor line) and walk south on Spadina it's on west side just past the JCC which is at the corner. (If you exit Spadina Sta (Yonge/Spadina line) you'll have a longer walk. 5 mins. as opposed to 2 min.)
