Greetings TCC members. I'd like to welcome newcomers Mike, Kalle, Lorne and Fred, welcome to the club. I believe the general consensus is that Tuesday's match went a little smoother than the first one. We got closer to starting on time for one thing and the Ferret & Firkin appears to be a welcoming and comfortable venue.
We are working out of two virtual venues at the moment, but I managed to figure out how to port the Firkin pictures to this site without having to upload and label things twice; at least, I hope it works when I punch 'Publish.
If anyone discovers any glitches or has any suggestions about anything, not just the blogs, you can either add a comment below or send an email to toronto.crokinole.email@gmail.com.

Thank-you all for helping to make this possible so far and a special thanks to all on the steering committee who have put in time, effort and genius in helping nurture this peculiarly endearing and endearingly peculiar sport. And kudos to Greg Matthison down in the crokinole heartland for posing the question 'Why aren't even more people getting together in more places more often to get more enjoyment out of this game. It's not like Christmas, it doesn't have to happen just once a year.'

Our next visit with Santa Crok is Saturday December 13th in the Global Village 3rd floor lounge at 180 Bloor St W. across from the ROM. 1-4:00 PM
(check earlier posts if you need a map)

Please send an email to confirm you are coming.

Cheers,

Eric Miltenburg
