We've reached the mid-point of our season - with six matches behind us and six more to come. We've divided the club rankings into two catergories: full members and guests. Guests can compete in the full member category by upgrading to a full membership at any time.

Ferret and February

Thanks to everybody who came out to our Tuesday night match at the Ferret and Firkin. After consulting with various club members, we decided to combine the A and B groups into one large group playing on three tables. This gave everybody in the club a chance to play both with and against every other member. The new format seems to be popular and will probably continue at future matches.

We'll also be posting information on the first annual Toronto Crokinole Tournament taking place on Saturday, May 23rd. (This tournament will be open to both members and non-members - start practicing!)

The second Tuesday of February is just a few days off and that means another TCC Flickfest is slated for the Ferret and Firkin starting at 7:00.
You are all welcome to come earlier and get your warm up shots in. Someone will be there by 6:30 setting things up. I have some fresh international prospects coming in to beef up the B group. They had their own intramural match recently and are keen to see how they'll measure up against Real Canadian Crokinolers.
There are only 4 short months to go until Tavistock so don't miss this chance to nail down those double takeouts and in-off 20's under match pressure conditions.
... and remember, "The pegs are your friends."
